Cette méthode de Yoga dynamique inclus la synchronisation de la Respiration avec une série de postures progressives et adaptées. Lorsque la respiration et le mouvement fusionnent, on obtient un Vinyasa. Le Vinyasa (mouvement) lie les différentes positions (Asana) comme les perles d’un chapelet.

This method of dynamic yoga synchronises the breath with a specifically designed and progressive series of postures. Each alignment of movement and breath forms a single Vinyasa, each linking the sequence of postures (asanas) like the pearls on a rosary.
