Don’t be impressed by the length of the workshops. The workshops allow you to take the time and provide explanations and in-depth adjustments. The workshops are intended to deepen your practice and your knowledge of Yoga.
Although physically demanding, the practice during these workshops is built according to a progression allowing you to alternate between moments of effort and relaxation. Flexibility and strength come with practice; Get out of your comfort zone, come and try!

Patchi regularly invites teachers and yogis that she has met during her travels and her 20 years of practicing yoga to come to Cannes to share their knowledge with the students of the CALM studio.
Sandra will cover all asana techniques. There will be plenty of opportunities for students to ask questions not only about technique, but also about the practice of yoga. We will end the session with an in-depth guided Yoga Nidra.
The course will include asanas and pranayama. The asanas will focus on alignment and use of props, introducing Prana Kriya Yoga into the practice. The rhythm, the sequencing of the asana and how to personalize the practice according to your own situation. Pranayama will include viloma 1 and 2, bharsrika, Kalapbhati and bhramari and agnisara.
